sahmo mobile app

Terms of Use

Last updated: 6 September 2026

1. Provider and scope

These Terms of Use apply to the sahmo mobile app provided by ailloy labs GmbH, Feuerbachstraße 3, 65195 Wiesbaden, Germany. Contact: info@ailloy.io.

These terms apply when you use sahmo. When you first continue without an account, you accept them through the notice in the app. If you create an account, sahmo asks for your explicit acceptance again.

2. What sahmo provides

sahmo lets you record a memo or import an existing audio file and have it processed. The result contains a transcript, metrics calculated from that transcript and, where available, an automated AI-based analysis. Multiple speakers may be distinguished within one memo.

You can complete the first processing run without an account. An account is intended for continued use. Subscriptions, payments, paywalls and product usage limits are not part of the current version.

3. Automatically generated content

Transcripts, speaker assignments, metrics and analyses are generated automatically. They may contain errors and do not replace professional advice or your own review. If sahmo detects a technical failure, the app may offer another attempt. We do not promise a particular result or uninterrupted availability.

4. Your content and acceptable use

You retain your rights to the content you provide. You allow us to process audio and derived content to the extent required for the sahmo functions you choose.

You may use sahmo only lawfully. In particular, you must:

5. Guest Session and account

A Guest Session permits access to exactly one memo on the same device. The ownership proof created for it must remain on the device. After registration or sign-in, that memo can be assigned to the same account. You are responsible for protecting your device and sign-in details from unauthorised access.

6. Storage, playback and deletion

Audio remains on the device during upload and processing. After confirmed completion, the app removes the local audio copy that is no longer needed. The original audio remains available for online playback through sahmo until you delete the memo. Permanent offline playback is not provided.

Confirmed deletion of a memo or account ends access permanently. The Privacy Policy explains how long data remains stored after that.

7. Changes and availability

We may develop sahmo further, fix errors and provide updates needed to operate the service. If a change materially affects these terms, we will provide suitable notice. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

8. Governing law

German law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory protections in the country of your habitual residence remain unaffected.
