Notice for other people in recordings

A user would like to have a recording containing your voice or information about you processed by sahmo. The controller is ailloy labs GmbH, Feuerbachstraße 3, 65195 Wiesbaden, Germany, info@ailloy.io.

Service providers transcribe the recording provided, and its content is analysed with AI. To tell the speakers apart, AssemblyAI uses temporary voice characteristics within this recording. The user who records or uploads it gets access to the recording and its results.

Inform yourself about this use before you agree. Agreeing only to being recorded does not have to include the transmission and analysis by sahmo. Sensitive information about you, for example about your health or sex life, requires your own explicit consent.

Legal bases, recipients, processing abroad, storage and your rights are set out in the Privacy Policy, in particular in sections 6.5, 7, 8 and 10. The retention of temporary voice characteristics is set out in section 8.1; for corresponding US health data, the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy additionally applies.
